Our client, a top Insurance Company operating worldwide, is looking for a Financial Controller for planning and reporting.

Coordinating and monitoring the financial reporting (monthly and quarterly) and the forecasting for the business unit are your main responsibilities. This includes the review and preparation of key reports, financial analyses and comments. You will have frequent contact to the financial teams in different countries and work on special requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Support financial planning process for specified planning units (delivery of relevant data on time)
• Analyse financial results (variance analysis, trends, comparisons)
• Reconciliation of performance (management and legal view)
• Building relationship with local financial teams
• Support new implementations

• Three years planning and controlling experience
• IT knowledge: SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
• Trained to work under pressure on a high quality level

• Very good analytical skills
• Prefer working in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent team player

• Bachelor degree in Economics or similar education

• English is a must.
• German would be an advantage
