Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in the Zurich-area is looking for a Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate manufacturing process based projects
• Collaborate with Business Units to set targets and priorities.
• Apply project management methodology to achieve process improvements
• Supervise and coach a team of technicians
• Provide technical information on appropriate areas to all functions within the business.
• Lead validation activities to implement new processes and products
• Write reports and presentations, provide updates to audience at every business level.
• Maintain project documentation

The successful applicant will ideally bring the following experience and expertise:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with medical/pharmaceutical environment will be appreciated
• Project management experience
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma expertise

• Business and results oriented
• Good organization and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team

• Engineering degree

• Fluent in English and German
