Our client, an established financial services company in the greater Zurich area seeks a Senior Financial Structurer for Hedge Fund Linked Products.

In this position you will be developing and implementing new structured products and open ended fund solutions for private and institutional investors with a focus on the financial aspects. Investments solutions will comprise new offshore and onshore funds, pass-through notes, leverage solutions, capital-protected structures (CPPI/options) etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new structured products linked to FoHFs and/or single HFs such as index-linked notes, leveraged solutions, capital-protected structures based on CPPI or options
• Coordinate with external and internal parties (negotiation with investment banks, definition of optimal underlying fund with the asset manager, identification of operational challenges, etc)
• Work in constant liaison with the Regional Sales team on structuring issues and product ideas
• Prepare investment proposals for potential clients
• Develop and promote new innovative FoHF-linked structures

Requirements

• University degree with specialization in finance or follow-up education in finance; a quantitative background is an asset
• 3-7 years experience in the Financial industry preferably in investment banking, trading or hedge funds
• Business fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Project management skills and ability to run multi-tasks in a dynamic international environment
• Relationship building skills with clients, investment banks, internal and external counterparties
• Strong team player with drive and high self-motivation
